Reservations

Your reservation is confirmed after payment or after written confirmation from the hotel. Rates are displayed in lei (RON) and include accommodation for the selected number of guests.

Rates and cancellation

The non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled free of charge. The flexible rate can be modified or cancelled according to the conditions displayed at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00, via self check-in using the codes received on the morning of arrival.

Accommodation rules

Please respect the peace of other guests and the property in your room. Any damages may be charged.

Invoicing

Company invoices are issued only if company details are provided before check-out.
