How Self Check-in Works
On the morning of your arrival, you will receive access codes and instructions (via Booking.com or from our team). With these, you can enter the building and your room independently, any time after 15:00, without waiting at reception.
Early Check-in and Luggage
Early check-in before 15:00 is possible depending on room availability on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage in the ground floor luggage room; we will notify you as soon as your room is ready.
Parking
We offer underground parking suitable for small and medium-sized cars: maximum 2.1 tons and 5 meters in length. The rate is 100 lei per night. Spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance; after confirmation, payment is made in advance, and access instructions are sent via WhatsApp.
Elevator
The building has an elevator, so all rooms, from the ground floor to the second floor, are easily accessible, even with large luggage.
Company Invoice
If you require an invoice for your company, please send us the company name, tax code / VAT code, and email address before check-out. After check-out, invoices are automatically issued to individuals and can no longer be changed.
Rates and Payment
Prices vary depending on date and availability. On our website, you always see the live rate: non-refundable (more advantageous) or flexible. Payment is made online, securely. We will never ask for your card details by phone.
Long Stay
For stays of at least 4 nights, you receive a 10% discount when booking directly. For stays over 30 nights, contact us for a personalized offer.
